fluctuations

If one day can define all the wierd feelings all wound in one, that would be today.

Started the day at 4 am with some shocker of REM's.. decided to sleep my full dose of 8 hours as adviced a well meaning friend..

Fluctuated from agony to ecstacy to bizzare emptiness all in one day.

Not to mention some heart burn from loved ones and some regretable rudeness by me to complete the day.

I need to start a new day tomorrow.
