Coming home, the circle completed.. mom had to step out for some work to finished.. and I was handed the "responsibility" for dinner.
The item on hand was Pau bhaaji. Something that I had recently tasted in Jaipur.. and had cleaned out the plate and my finger.. now cooking the same dish was like reaching out to an unusually high benchmark... (read "yummiest food in india is still not in the restaurants")

Well Paras,
I had not read this blog post before now but just other day I was suggesting to Mom that she let you do the cooking a few days of the week so that she can rest. I believe, a year in Switzerland, cooking your own food should have been training enough. Besides, a true food-junkie (or junk-foodie) never waits for an opportunity to eat great food; he creates the opportunity, by cooking himself.
